Chef Nor Azmi Sahrudin

A graduated culinary student started his career as a kitchen helper at Japanese Restaurant back in year 1998. Chef Azmy, 39 years old, a self-discipline and cleanliness become a priority in his life when been nurtured and trained under Japan's professional Chef.

His style reflects his passion by using fresh ingredients with strong flavors and smells. He even specialized in Japanese cuisine with Omakase, Teppanyaki, Kaiseki set menu, Sushi, Seafood sashimi and Clams is often referred him to strive to the next level. He is now a Japanese Chef De Cuisine lead the Midori Japanese Restaurant at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel.
