Chef Nor Azmi Sahrudin

A culinary graduate started his career as a kitchen helper at a Japanese restaurant back in 1998. Chef Azmy, 39 years old, prioritizes self-discipline and cleanliness, values he developed while being nurtured and trained under Japan's professional chefs.

His style reflects his passion for using fresh ingredients with strong flavors and aromas. He specializes in Japanese cuisine, including Omakase, Teppanyaki, Kaiseki set menus, Sushi, Seafood Sashimi, and Clams, which have driven him to strive for the next level. He is now the Japanese Chef De Cuisine, leading Midori Japanese Restaurant at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel.
